Fitness Classes Now Offered at NHHEC!
Fitness classes will commence on Monday, Oct. 10 and conclude on Thursday, Dec. 15.
Schedule is as follows:
Mondays
o Cardio Kickboxing - 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.
§ Dates:
· October: 10, 17, 24, 31
· November: 7, 14, 21, 28
· December: 5, 12
Tuesdays
o Zumba: 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
o Yoga: 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.
§ Dates:
· October: 11, 18, 25
· November: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
· December: 6, 13
Wednesdays
o Full Body Workout: 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.
§ Dates:
· October: 12, 19, 26
· November: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
· December: 7, 14
Thursdays
o Mat Pilates – 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
o Zumba – 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.
